Gord Bamford announces new album "Diamonds In A Whiskey Glass"
Gord Bamford today announced his new album Diamonds In A Whiskey Glass will be released June 4, 2021 on Anthem Records. Diamonds In A Whiskey Glass is the tenth studio album from Bamford, and features 11 songs including the previously released single “Diamonds In A Whiskey Glass” and the current hit single, “Heaven On Dirt”.
“Diamonds In A Whiskey Glass is a collection of songs about heartbreak, life lessons and how they shape you,” said Gord Bamford. “Personally, this album reminds me of so many memorable moments and lessons learned along the way as I was growing up. I’m really grateful to be where I am today, and I wouldn’t be here without the moments described in many of these songs.”
Anthem Entertainment also announced the launch of Real Country Livin’ - a music-based broadcast and podcast series featuring Gord Bamford as the inaugural host. In this audio/video series, Real Country Livin’ will showcase country artists and songwriters as they each share personal stories and define what Real Country Livin’ means to them. The series will launch with six themed episodes and include songs and never-before-seen performances from Bamford.
