Tom Hearn to Release Debut Sketch Comedy Album
Comedian and TikTok star Tom Hearn will release his debut sketch comedy album Gay Garbage on June 20, 2025 with Howl & Roar Records in honour of Pride Month. Gay Garbage features ten tracks of Tom Hearn’s award-winning sketch comedy, cheeky innuendos, over top characters, iconic impressions, and fabulous musical numbers.
After a straight woman told Tom Hearn’s straight co-star that she loved when they were on stage because they “didn’t do that gay garbage” within earshot of Tom, he went to werk. Gay Garbage is an ode to queerness featuring biting satire, original characters and impressions, and musical performances. Originally produced as a stage show Gay Garbage toured North America in 2022, and snatched Best Live Production, Hit of the Fringe and Hot Ticket Awards.
Recorded at Comedy Bar in Toronto with musical direction by Jordan Armstrong, Gay Garbage the album is an encapsulation of Tom’s strong, sharp POV and serves the very best from his vast career in musical theatre, comedy, and viral impressions.
Tom has created unapologetically queer spaces in the North American comedy scene for a decade including the Canadian Comedy Award winning show A Sketch Comedy Extravaganza Eleganza, Kinsey Fail Improv, Proud & Funny Festival, Werq The Mic, and the always sold-out drag queen/sketch comedy mashup Lip Synced.
Tom is currently on tour with his latest show How Fabulous Is That?! featuring a hit parade of his iconic impressions of Martha Stewart, Reba McEntire, Kody Brown, James Corden, and Ina Garten. Tom also tours with Anna Roisman in the co-headlined show Fabulous Sweetie, produced by Live Nation.
Tom Hearn is an award-winning sketch comedian, actor, drag performer and director living in New York City, originally from Hampton, New Brunswick, Canada. His impressions of Ina Garten, Martha Stewart, James Corden, Rachael Ray, Kody Brown and more have amassed over 573K followers on social media and over 11 million TikTok likes.
Gay Garbage will be available to stream on June 20, 2025 via Howl & Roar Records.
