Eh Material: Just For Laughs Vancouver Celebrates 10th Anniversary
Just For Laughs Vancouver, Western Canada's biggest comedy festival, will celebrate their 10th anniversary from February 12-22, 2026. The lineup includes Laura Ramoso (pictured), Lucy Darling, Brent Butt, Jimbo, Mark Little, Mike Rita, Ola Dada, Tranna Wintour, Maddy Kelly, and the Best of the West series featuring the best comedy shows and producers on the West Coast.
Stagepunk Theatre will present the Playwrights Rodeo on January 25 at Sweet Action Theatre. Three new plays from Bronwyn Keough (No Vowels Improv), Richard Sutton, and Charlie VanStone, with dramaturgy by Jonnie Lombard and Mya Wong, will be presented and audiences are invited to dress like a cowboy which is just dang fun.
This week Waterloo's Nate Haller released his new single “Thought About You” and announced his first-ever headline tour with eleven dates across Canada starting March 11 in Ottawa and wrapping up March 28 in Calgary.
The fourth annual Women In Music Canada Honours announced the 2026 nominees for the event taking place at Toronto’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre on March 5. Nominees include Allison Russell for Artist of the Year, and Andrea England of Four Chords and the Truth Inc. for Excellence in Live Music.
